Brownfield Application Process

The Brownfield application and policy process provides a structured pathway for developers and property owners to seek support for the redevelopment of eligible brownfield sites. This includes guidance on eligibility, evaluation criteria, and the approval process. Applicants are required to complete the Brownfield Application form and submit all necessary attachments.
