Location: Northville Township Hall (44405 Six Mile Rd.)
Hours: Monday-Friday 8 am-4:30 pm

 Accepted payments:

  • Front Desk: Cash, check, and credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express).
  • Drive-Thru: Check and cash only (no credit/debit and no cash over $500).
  • Coins: The following denominations must be rolled and labeled with your parcel number.
    • Pennies: $0.50 per roll (50 coins)
    • Nickels: $2.00 per roll (40 coins)
    • Dimes: $5.00 per roll (50 coins)
    • Quarters: $10.00 per roll (40 coins)
    • Half-Dollars: $10.00 per roll (20 coins)

Drop Box (No Cash)

Location: West side of Township Hall (44405 Six Mile Rd.)

  • Payment with coupon must be placed in the drop box by 5 pm on the due date to avoid interest/penalties.

Online Banking (Through Your Bank)

  • Your parcel number serves as your account number and should be included with your online banking payment.
  • Some banks use a third-party processor for online bill payments. The payment might be a physical check sent to us from a processing center out of state.
  • Payment may be deducted from your bank account, but it will not be reflected on your parcel until received and processed by us.
  • Schedule payments at least 20 business days before the due date to avoid interest/penalties.

Pay by Phone

Call (844) 940-2043 for a secure payment. Please have your parcel number available.

  • Checking/Savings Account: No fee
  • Credit/Debit Card: 3% processing fee (minimum $2.95 per transaction)

Pay Online & Automatic Payments

Online payments are processed through InvoiceCloud. To pay your property tax online CLICK HERE

Payment Options:

  • Pay by Credit/Debit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express) or Google Pay – 3% processing fee (minimum $2.95).
  • Pay by Electronic Check (Checking/Savings) – No fee
  • Schedule Future Payments or Enroll in AutoPay to have payments automatically deducted from your checking, savings, or credit/debit card.
    • Receive email or text notifications.
    • Summer and Winter Taxes must be set up separately for AutoPay.
  •  Use Pay-by-Text for quick mobile access.

Online Payment Advisory: Only use InvoiceCloud to make online payments to Northville Township. Payments made through third-party vendors (e.g., PayPal, Paymentus, or Doxo) are not guaranteed to be received by the Township.

Payments NOT Accepted

  • Foreign currency or checks
  • Cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Ethereum, etc.)
  • Post-dated checks (will be processed the day received)
  • Third-party checks

Return Payment Fee

If your payment is returned for any reason:

  • Your tax bill is considered unpaid.
  • A $25 returned payment fee plus applicable interest/penalties will be added to your bill.
