Registration with the Township's third party payment processor, InvoiceCloud, is required to set up Autopay for your Summer and/or Winter bill.

• Go to the Payment portal (www.twp.northville.mi.us/Pay); click on the Summer Tax or Winter Tax button

• Enter your Parcel id (77 XXX XX XXXX XXX) including the spaces, then click Search Invoices

• On the Search Results page, put a check mark under 'Select' next to any bill, then click 'Register Selected Invoices' (at bottom of list)

• Enter your email address and create a password, then click Complete Registration

• Your Tax account is now successfully registered, click the arrow button in the upper right corner of the 'Your Account At A Glance' page to Sign Out

• It is recommended to bookmark the Payment portal site to Sign In at a future time
• If you would like to also register your Water & Sewer account, follow these same steps after picking Water & Sewer in the first step; utilize the same email and password during set up to link your accounts together

• Go to the Payment portal and click the 'Sign In' button in the upper right corner; utilize the email and password used during registration

• Once logged in go the 'My Profile' drop down and select 'Payment Methods'

• Click 'Add New Credit/Debit Card' or 'Add New Bank'; Credit/Debit Card fee is 3% of the transaction amount, with a minimum fee of $2.95.

• Fill in the required information and click save
• Return to the My Profile drop down and select Autopay

• Follow the prompts on the Autopay screen to select the Payment Method that was saved in the previous step

• After the Autopay information is saved, return to the home page; the following will show if sign up was successful

IMPORTANT: Autopay must be set up separately for Summer Taxes and Winter Taxes since these are two distinct bill types.  Simply go back to the Autopay page in the My Profile dropdown and repeat the sign up for both bill types.  If the Autopay page shows the following, your account is successfully set up for both tax seasons:
