Millage Rates

A millage rate is the rate at which property taxes are levied on property.  A mill is 1/1000 of a dollar.

The millage rate times the taxable value (per thousand) is your tax obligation.

Example: Taxable Value ($150,000)/1,000 X Millage Rate (21.4772)= Tax Obligation $3,247.13
