Registration with the Township's third-party payment processor, InvoiceCloud, is required to set up Autopay for your Water & Sewer bill.

To Register:

• Go to the Payment portal (www.twp.northville.mi.us/Pay); click on the Water & Sewer button

• Enter your full account number (XXXX-XXXXX-XXXX-XX) including the dashes, then click Search Invoices

• On the Search Results page, put a check mark under 'Select' next to any invoice, then click "Register Selected Invoices" (at bottom of list)

• Enter your email address and create a password, select the "I would like to sign up for Paperless," if you would like to receive your bills via email, then click Complete Registration

• Your Water & Sewer account is now successfully registered, click the arrow button in the upper right corner of the 'Your Account At A Glance' page to Sign Out

• It is recommended to bookmark the Payment portal site to Sign In at a future time
• If you would like to also register your Tax account, follow these same steps after picking Summer Tax or Winter Tax in the first step; utilize the same email and password during set up to link your accounts together

To Sign Up for Autopay:

• Go to the Payment portal and click the 'Sign In' button in the upper right corner; utilize the email and password used during registration

• Once logged in go the 'My Profile' drop down and select 'Payment Methods'

• Click 'Add New Credit/Debit Card' or 'Add New Bank' 
  • There is no fee when using a checking or savings bank account
  • There is a $4.50 per transaction fee when using a credit/debit card 
  • Warning: There is a maximum credit/debit card payment amount of $400 per transaction; Autopay will fail if credit/debit card max is reached during any given billing cycle

• Fill in the required information and click save
• Return to the My Profile drop down and select Autopay

• Follow the prompts on the Autopay screen to select the Payment Method that was saved in the previous step; be sure to read the warning on this page, especially if you plan to use a credit/debit card

• After the Autopay information is saved, return to the home page; the following will show if sign up was successful
