Residents/Businesses may request updates to their Water/Sewer records by submitting a completed form. The form collects the following information:

Requestor Information: Name, phone number, and email.

Relationship to Property: Owner, Renter, or Other.

Property Information: Street Address or Parcel ID

Type of Request:

• Update mailing address
• Update name on record
• Change paperless billing email address
• Enroll/Unenroll in paperless billing

Reason for Change: Brief explanation required.

Authorization: Signature and date from the person making the request.

Completed forms may be returned in any of the following ways:

This process ensures Township records remain accurate.

ALERT: As of May 28, 2026, Northville Township staff will no longer have access to make changes to your AutoPay settings on your behalf. All updates to AutoPay must be completed directly by you through your BS&A Online account.  To assist you, a desktop computer will be available at Northville Township Hall. Our staff can help you create/log into your account and guide you through making any necessary updates.
