Residents/Businesses may request updates to their Water/Sewer records by submitting a completed form. The form collects the following information:

Contact Information: Name, property address, phone number, and email.

Relationship to Property: Owner, renter, or other.

Changes Requested:

  • Update mailing address
  • Update name on record
  • Update email address
  • Cancel autopay

Reason for Change: Brief explanation required.

Authorization: Signature and date from the person making the request.
