The main services provided and areas of responsibility of the
Clerk’s Department include:
- Passport Services
- Business Licenses
- Liquor Licenses
- Meeting and Conference Room Reservations
- Election Administration (including voter
registration/cancellation, change of driver’s license address,
absentee ballot requests, election inspector’s training and precinct
assignment).
The Clerk’s office is responsible for public information, records
administration and the financial accounting for the township and is
the official office for filing Freedom of Information requests,
serving legal notifications and the maintenance and publication of the
Code of Ordinances
Information of the Board of Trustees is prepared and maintained by
the clerk’s department including agendas, board packets, minutes,
resolutions and the registration, indexing and filing of agreements,
contracts, real estate transactions and litigation.
